We require that you give at least a 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. This allows time for another client to be offered your appointment time. With the exception of emergencies and exceptional circumstances, missed appointments without proper notice may result in a half charge for the scheduled service.
new client notice
If you are a new client requesting an hour or more of services – it is required to get a credit card number to hold that appointment. If for whatever reason you are unable to make that appointment and/or not give at least 24 hours for cancellation we will charge your credit card the amount of the service. Per management approval.
no show policy
We understand that you may forget to come to the appointment you have made, however, we will forgive the first no show – the second no show – we will charge your credit card the amount of the service you were to get done.
