The key to a good wax (especially a Brazilian) is quickness and doing it right the first time. "I think any gal's first waxing experience is always a little nerve racking, not necessarily the eyebrows but.. the brazilian wax.  The first brazilian wax I received was not from Kerri but another esthetician who used regular wax.  I found this wax left a harsh residue which made it not only uncomfortable to walk out of the salon but also a pain to wash off later. My second wax was with Kerri.  She used a sugar wax that was natural, simple, and left no residue.  Also, her bubbly personality helped me relax and feel more comfortable on the table.  Soon I found that even though my wax only took 15 minutes, I was staying 30 just to chat with my new friend.  I quickly referred her to all of my girlfriends, some who actually live in LA and are always sure to schedule an appointment before they arrive in San Diego.
